Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire certification in Special Education required
- Prior experience working with middle school students
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) strongly preferred
- Ability to develop individualized education plans and adapt instruction
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction in life skills for middle school students in a supportive environment
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure students meet educational goals
- Utilize MTSS and various teaching strategies to address individual needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Engage with families and related service providers to foster student success
