3x12HR NIGHTS 6p-6a; 36hrs/week
\n ***WILL ACCEPT RRT or CRT***
\n Will accept Local Traveler (within 50 miles of AVH) - 10% rate reduction
\n Dress Code: Scrubs, any color, no denim. Closed-toe shoes. No perfume or cologne.
\n Therapist/Patient Ratio: 1:5 or 6 is typical
\n Typical Patient Need: ED, Inpatient, transport to tertiary care center
\n Minimum 3 years current acute care experience [REQUIRED]
\n Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
\n High degree of proficiency working with ventilators
\n HHN, BiPAP & CPAP experience [REQUIRED]

\n 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
\n Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
\n Active NBRC or CRT - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
\n NH RCP Licensure. Will accept temporary. MUST be willing to apply for temp NH RCP at time of offer (7-14 day turnaround)
\n License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
\n All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
\n Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
