*** Emergency Department RN Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW – 36hrs. *** ** FREE on-site Parking ** Unit Name: Emergency Department. Brief Unit Description: 65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area. Years of Experience Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing experience. Skill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:4. Patient Population: All. Bed Count: 65. Census: 230 visits/day. EMR (Charting System): EPIC – ASAP. Floating Required: Yes. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, for Day Rotate (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) when requested. Rotation frequency: Low. Night position does not rotate. Certifications Required: AHA Certified BLS, ACLS & PALS. NRP & TNCC certifications strongly preferred.
