Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a range of impactful activities that contribute to our clients’ mental health and stability. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing a caseload of clients, developing rapport, and reinforcing professional boundaries to foster a healthy therapeutic alliance.
- Conducting regular sessions to assess and monitor client progress, addressing their evolving needs and planning for eventual discharge when appropriate.
- Creating, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and challenges.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Performing initial intake assessments that provide a comprehensive overview of each client's mental health history and current needs.
- Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive tailored feedback on your practice.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches for mental health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will primarily work with a youthful client base, helping to address a myriad of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- A proven ability to meet the requirements for internal credentialing processes in clinical settings.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting working with mental health patients, specifically with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.
- Previous experience conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and delivering both individual and group therapy.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with electronic health records and basic keyboard skills.
