Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are a rapidly growing and highly respected organization in the Boston area who is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide primary care to patients ages 2 and up
• Perform comprehensive physical exams, interpret labs and EKGs
• Diagnose and treat urgent conditions, prescribing medications and therapies as needed
• Document all findings, care plans, and follow-ups in the EMR
• Evaluate and manage worker’s compensation cases and coordinate with employers
• Serve as a clinical leader when needed, overseeing mid-level providers

Who You Are:

• Certified FNP or PA
• Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine experience preferred
• New grads with strong RN backgrounds in critical care or ER encouraged to apply
• Patient-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
• Confident and quick on your feet
