$30-$40/hr + SPIFFs & Commission | Full-Time | Dracut, MA

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Educate homeowners on repair options and system recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (But Not Required)
- NATE Certification
- HVAC trade school education
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Experience with sheet metal, ductwork, or airflow diagnostics
