Restorative Justice practice works to engage and empower individuals, families and organizations to seek solutions that respond to conflict that build accountability, repair harms and build a sense of community.
The Director will lead and evaluate the strategies and resources of this practice in order to align and integrate, where appropriate, restorative justice practices with a wide range of community stakeholders - criminal justice and law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, community service organizations, government agencies, healthcare organizations, private sector employers, neighborhood groups and faith-based organizations.
