Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews and standardized assessments, meticulously documenting client cases from initial consultation to treatment conclusion.
- Evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of clients, identifying key issues and recommending appropriate interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and reflect the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using dynamic therapeutic techniques to promote emotional growth and resilience.
- Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health specialists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding clients admitted to hospitals for any additional support and coordination of care.
- Identify potential behaviors that may hinder recovery and provide tailored interventions to address these challenges.
- Support and educate family members and primary caregivers on managing mental health issues, enhancing their capacity to assist their loved ones.

In your role at Seaview, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction disorders. Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
- Proven experience working in a mental health counseling role, displaying clinical acumen and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, to ensure accurate record-keeping and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
