Job Summary:
- Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the IT Department
Essential Functions:
- Equipment and software installation
- Equipment and technical troubleshooting
- Process documentation
- Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to assist with computer, software and technical troubleshooting Windows MS Office 365, Active Directory
