Pay: This entry-level position earns $17.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience).

SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS:
We have full- and part-time home care positions open! You can work days, nights, weekends, and overtime. Let us know when you're available, and we'll create a regular, set weekly schedule based on the needs of our clients.
Here's what you'll need:
- 18+ years of age
- Some open schedule availability
- English fluency
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Residence within 50 miles of our St. Albans or Shelburne offices
- Ability to serve Chittenden, Franklin, and Addison counties
What would be great to have:
- Caregiving experience
- CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination
- On-call or substitute staff availability
- Bilingual fluency
- Basic light housekeeping skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Our Caregivers are meaningful figures in our clients' lives, delivering compassionate home care and assisting with daily living tasks. Your specific duties will vary based on the clients' non-medical needs, and you may assist with entry-level tasks like personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and medication reminders.
No matter what you're doing, you'll provide warm companionship, engage with the clients, and help brighten their days. You'll follow all protocols, communicate with office teams and the clients' families, and help cover caregiving shifts as needed to provide consistent, quality home care to those who deserve it the most.
