Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Possession of an active and unrestricted mental health license (such as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) that allows for the provision of unsupervised mental health services.
- At least two years of documented experience in providing psychotherapy to adults in clinical settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting therapy sessions and client interactions.
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions by a licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus payable after securing the first client.
