Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field required
- Current and valid New Hampshire School Psychologist licensure
- Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Proficient in conducting psychological evaluations, writing comprehensive reports, and interpreting results
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and other intervention strategies preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments of students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design individualized support plans
- Offer counseling for students confronting academic or social challenges
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, assisting with eligibility, placement, and services
- Implement and monitor preventive mental health programs in the school community
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing consultation to staff and parents
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal requirements
