Job Description

Job DescriptionEmbark on a rewarding journey as a Speech Language Pathologist in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, where your clinical expertise will empower children and adults to overcome communication barriers, build confidence, and enhance quality of life. In this travel assignment, you’ll apply evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies across a diverse caseload, collaborating with physicians, educators, families, and other therapists to design personalized plans that resonate in real-world settings. Massachusetts, and especially the Berkshire region, offers a rich tapestry of culture, outdoor beauty, and four-season adventures—from tranquil trails and rolling hills to vibrant arts and dining scenes. While you’ll make a meaningful impact here in Great Barrington, you’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your horizon by experiencing other locations across the United States through our travel program.

Great Barrington is a friendly, accessible community with a strong commitment to education, healthcare, and the arts. The Berkshires provide a therapeutic backdrop for practice—quiet streets, nearby parks, and community events that foster collaboration with families and caregivers. For travel professionals, the role offers not only the beauty and culture of western Massachusetts but also the chance to explore a spectrum of clinical settings across the U.S.—urban clinics, rural health centers, and hospital-based programs—while maintaining a stable schedule and robust support. You’ll enjoy targeted benefits that reflect our investment in your well-being: housing assistance to offset living arrangements, a sign-on bonus, and the flexibility to extend your contract if you thrive and the assignment needs continue. Our program is designed to balance professional fulfillment with the comforts of home and community.

In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions; develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practice; implement therapy using a range of strategies for articulation, phonology, language development, fluency, voice, AAC, and cognitive-communication support; track progress with standardized measures; document daily notes and required documentation; provide caregiver education and coaching; and collaborate closely with school teams, physicians, social workers, and occupational therapists to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. You’ll have opportunities to deepen your expertise within the SLP specialty, pursue additional certifications, and participate in ongoing professional development through our supportive structure. The position includes a competitive weekly pay of between $2,577 and $2,635, with guaranteed hours at 40 per week, multi-week engagement, and the potential for contract extensions based on performance and service needs. A dedicated team provides 24/7 support during travel, ensuring you have immediate access to assistance, credentialing help, scheduling, and clinical resources whenever you need them. The program also offers housing assistance to ease relocation and a bonus that recognizes your commitment to delivering high-quality care during the assignment.

Our company is built on empowering clinicians to advance in their careers within a supportive, collaborative environment. We prioritize work-life balance, respect for autonomy, and continuous professional growth, investing in mentorship, peer support, and access to advanced clinical resources. Whether you’re refining your SLP practice in a time-tested clinic or serving diverse populations with unique needs, we are dedicated to your development and well-being as you expand your impact across the country. The Berkshire setting adds a distinctive dimension to your professional life—collaborative teams, opportunities to engage with local schools and healthcare facilities, and a community that values compassionate care and lifelong learning.

Ready to bring your expertise to Massachusetts and beyond? Apply today to join a travel healthcare family that values your contribution, fosters continuous learning, and offers meaningful opportunities to grow as a Speech Language Pathologist while delivering compassionate, impactful care. Start date is November 24, 2025, for a multi-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekly pay between $2,577 and $2,635, and generous housing support and extension options. Take the next step in shaping communication outcomes for diverse populations and enriching your professional journey with us. Note: The hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
