Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, employing standardized tools and interviews to gather critical information.

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to forge comprehensive and cohesive care strategies for clients.

  • Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and updates on client progress while learning from the collective expertise of the team.

  • Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate distress, following de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety plans are in place.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
