Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, employing standardized tools and interviews to gather critical information.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique necessities and circumstances, ensuring that these plans are dynamic and adaptable.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to forge comprehensive and cohesive care strategies for clients.
- Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and updates on client progress while learning from the collective expertise of the team.
- Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate distress, following de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety plans are in place.
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
