Key Responsibilities\n
In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Providing consultations for pre-crisis and crisis planning, as well as developing positive behavior support and medication treatment plans.
- Completing all required clinical documentation with timeliness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess the mental health needs of your clients.
- Collaboratively engaging with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral guidelines and support strategies.
- Actively participating in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure continuous compliance and quality improvement.
- Serving as a liaison with relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships within the community to promote our programs and secure new partnerships.
- Engaging in continued professional development through conferences, training, and representing the agency at relevant state meetings and committees.
- Advocating for and integrating the agency's mission, values, and philosophy into your daily practice.
- Completing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
