Pest Control Service Technician - $500 Sign-On Bonus

Identify Pest Control is seeking an individual with a good driving record that can work independently to service residential houses and commercial businesses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

-This individual will have a company vehicle, ipad, and phone.

-This position will come with a negotiable hourly rate and a commission for sales.

-Communication skills and a desire to work with the public are a must for this position.

Category 41 in MA License, and NH License in General Pest Control is preferred but not needed. Will train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

- Previous pest control or related field experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow safety protocols.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, or on ladders when needed.

- Must meet any state licensing/certification requirements (or ability to obtain).

*$500 Sign-On Bonus after training period is completed
