SYNERGY HomeCare is expanding its team in Quincy, MA, and urgently needs compassionate and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs! We are looking for caregivers who are committed to providing quality assistance, supporting clients with their daily needs, and helping them maintain their independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Caring, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
