Job Title: Program Coordinator
Work Location: Springfield, Ma.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the smooth operation of project on a day-to-day basis interacting with project funders, consultants to insure project timelines and goals are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the project implementation plan and timeline and provide on-going monitoring and supervision of key activities.
- Attend all project related meetings and trainings
- Recruit, hire and train staff
- Collaborate with investigations in the development and coordination of all project measures and protocols.
- Participate in the development, implementation, ongoing functioning of the tracking systems
- Provide effective management and oversight of the implementation of EBP's
- Supervise the coordination of relationships with project collaboration and coordinate meetings of the project related meetings and training.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA in public health, nursing, social work, or related field with 3-5 years of program management in community health, clinical and/or integrated care settings.
- Bi-cultural/lingual required.
- Past supervisory experience preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
- Working understanding of Social Service Agencies and their functions
- Demonstrated ability to work with collaterals and above Social Service Agencies
