Travel RN Manager opportunity for an 8-week assignment working day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with a 40-hour guaranteed schedule. This leadership role is ideal for experienced nurse leaders with strong clinical oversight, staff management, and operational coordination skills in an acute care or long-term care environment.\n\nRequirements:\n\nActive RN license required
\nPrevious RN leadership or management experience preferred
\nStrong clinical assessment and team leadership skills required
\nExperience with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and patient care oversight preferred
\nExcellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
\nAbility to manage unit operations and support staff development
\nWeekend on-call participation required
\nMandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks
