SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for dedicated CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Sharon, MA!
We are currently filling urgent openings and want to connect with caring, responsible individuals who are passionate about helping others. As part of our team, you will support clients with their daily needs while helping them remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities

Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

Follow individualized care plans and established routines

Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

Reliable and able to maintain scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
