Due to growth, our client who is an established reputable financial institution seeks individual that has good credit skills along with 5-10 years of experience supporting commercial lenders who are focused on Commercial Real Estate loans. Some of the duties include updating reporting, workflow, financial statement and covenant tracking, modifications, line of credit renewals, annual reviews, increase requests, post closing items etc.
BS in Business Administration or Finance desirable.
Ideal opportunity to advance into a commercial lending role within a couple of years.
