Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is HIRING Supervisors for our Plymouth location!
This is a second-shift position- nights/store closes and weekends are required.
Pay rate: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience.
Supervisors are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include:
- Overseeing staff and training employees
- Customer service and resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control
- Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Maintaining positive vendor relationships
- General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds
- Food safety, sanitation, and quality
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a retail environment
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
- Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds
