Nova Kitchens & Designs and Nova Roofing & Siding are growing fast — and we’re looking for a natural connector who loves people, community, and creating win-win relationships.
This is NOT a cold-calling or door-knocking role.
This is a relationship-building position where you are the face of our brand in the community.
What You’ll Do

Build relationships with builders, realtors, developers, architects, contractors, designers, homeowners, and local businesses.

Attend community events, chamber events, builder meetups, and networking functions.

Present what Nova offers: cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, roofing, siding, and full-service solutions.

Create warm introductions for the sales team and set appointments.

Represent Nova professionally and enthusiastically in the community.

Help expand brand awareness through social media interactions, referrals, and partnerships.
