Automotive Auto Parts Counterperson

Sullivan Brothers Collision Center is currently looking for a Parts Counterperson candidate with prior Automotive Parts experience. Parts experience preferred but will train the right individual. Automotive experience a bonus.

Responsibilities include:

Assist customers and technicians with identifying needed parts using manufacturer diagrams
Establish and maintain relationships with our wholesale accounts
Provide customers and technicians with pricing and availability of needed parts
Provide excellent customer service in-person, on the phone and through email
Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
Maintain receiving and shipping records, and shorted, backordered or returned parts records
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
Support our management team with other duties as assigned
