Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the distinct needs and preferences of each client.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, continuously adapting care protocols as warranted by ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to devise discharge plans and follow-up care strategies to maintain continuity of patient care.
- Provide timely referrals to community services, support groups, or specialized treatment programs that enhance patient well-being and recovery.
- Remain compliant with all federal, state, local, and organizational standards, including relevant mental health legislation and the Mental Health Practice Act.
- Manage daily workflow by prioritizing tasks related to patient assessments, ongoing documentation, and care coordination.
- Link effectively with various stakeholders, including family members, patients' caregivers, and external agencies, to ensure comprehensive support throughout the treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
