Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
Join our locally owned UPS Store team and help deliver more than packages — deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of The UPS Store. You’ll assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and business services, all while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll learn all aspects of store operations and play a key role in keeping our customers coming back.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient customer service in person and by phone

Assist customers with shipping, packing, and document services

Accurately process shipments, sales, and end-of-day transactions

Operate office equipment (copiers, fax, binding, laminating, POS systems) and help customers use them

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards

Stock shelves and monitor inventory for reordering

Promote services and offer solutions that fit customer needs

Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (required)

Previous Retail or customer service experience is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
-
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe suites is recommended

Detail-oriented, reliable, organized and a quick learner

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Availability to work on Weekday afternoons and Sundays
-
Have a helpful, friendly attitude and strong people skills
