Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ needs, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain clinical information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.
- Engage with clients through evidence-based screening tools and therapies, assessing their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to strengthen support networks.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote organizational goals and enhance community engagement.
- Network with local and state agencies to explore new partnerships and funding avenues that could enhance service delivery.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency in community settings.
- Support and advocate for the agency's mission, values, and ethical principles in every aspect of your work.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive client support and agency compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
