Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor – Full-Time

$90,000–$100,000/year | Full-Time | Benefits Available

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an SLP Supervisor at Agawam Rehab and Nursing. This leadership role combines resident care with the opportunity to guide speech-language pathology services and support fellow clinicians in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide evaluations and treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing needs

• Support SLP staff with clinical questions, documentation, and care planning

• Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and facility leadership on resident needs

• Help maintain consistent clinical practices and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and mentoring skills

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
