Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries to create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and schedule future appointments or discharges as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies.
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish initial treatment paths.
