Join Stern Therapy as a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents improve independence, safety, and functional abilities through personalized occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional performance
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus
