Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, permitting you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while maintaining essential interactions with patients and fellow staff members through telehealth platforms. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts necessary to accommodate patient schedules. Our team communicates regularly through virtual meetings, facilitating effective collaboration among mental health professionals and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be to serve a diverse patient population, many of whom experience co-occurring conditions—including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health in relation to their medical conditions. This role is pivotal in fostering improved health outcomes through integrated care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
