Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients, utilizing clinical interview techniques and standardized assessment tools to inform personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable mental health goals and track their progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring proper documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of emerging practices and participate in peer supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. You will encounter clients of different ages, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to best serve their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  • Valid and active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with a diverse client population and a robust understanding of culturally competent practices.
  • \n

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

  • A demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate seamlessly with a remote team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
