Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's personal goals and needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client to track their therapeutic journey effectively.
- Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their therapy needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to suit the specific needs of clients.
- Engage in ongoing individual supervision sessions to ensure continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
