Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Sharon, MA
$50–$55/hour | PRN
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. This role offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to provide individualized therapy that supports residents in improving everyday function and independence.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
- Provide treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
- Establish appropriate goals and track resident progress
- Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to improve safety and independence
- Modify treatment approaches based on individual needs
- Educate residents and caregivers on functional strategies
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with COTAs and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
