Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a full-time Custodian/Maintenance Assistant to support our residential property in Barre, VT. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning the management offices, community center, common areas, and open apartments.
- Performing groundskeeping and trash removal.
- Completing work orders such as minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
The work hours for this position are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
- Previous experience in custodial work is required. Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range: $19-20/hour depending on previous experience.
