Were looking for a Client Manager to oversee maintenance and small projects for high-end residential properties. As the main point of contact for assigned clients, youll manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that combines client relationship management, field oversight, and internal coordination. About 35% of your time will be spent visiting client homes across Greater Boston. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, maintaining strong, trusted relationships through clear communication and proactive service
- Coordinate and manage all home maintenance needs, including scheduled, seasonal, and on-demand services, as well as small projects and punch list items
- Schedule and supervise internal field teams and external trades, ensuring high-quality, timely work and a safe working environment
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage work orders, schedule jobs, track progress, communicate with clients, and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Identify and propose additional services or improvements to enhance client satisfaction and property care
- Manage project logistics, including budget preparation, materials/labor planning, job tracking, and billing coordination
- Support the field team both remotely and in personresolving job-site issues, answering questions, and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed
- Conduct site visits, home checks, and walk-throughs to assess client needs and identify value-add opportunities
- Train and onboard new team members (field techs and client managers) as needed
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and colleagues to ensure expectations are met and follow-up is completed
Location & Commitments
- This position is primarily based at 2 Willow Street, #202, Southborough, MA 01745 and occasional travel to client homes with opportunities for flexible working arrangements where applicable.
- Full-time role (40 hours per week).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred; relevant coursework a plus
- 5+ years in CRM (Sales Force preferred), construction, project management, home care, client relations, or team coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, customer-focused, and professional
Salary Range
- Base salary $65,474.00 - $96,199.00 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
- Eligible for bonus opportunities (semi-annual & annual).
