Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized support to elementary-aged students within a K-12 educational setting. The role is based in the Barrington, NH area, operating under a contract arrangement for the full academic school year. This full-time position requires a commitment of 32.5 hours per week and involves working closely with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support their educational progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral support to elementary-aged students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising Behavior Specialists.
• Collect and record data to track student progress.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to ensure consistent behavioral strategies.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards associated with RBT credentials.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students, preferably elementary age.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
