Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
- Respond to clients in crisis, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to address acute mental health emergencies and stabilize situations.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment updates, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to ethical codes and legal regulations.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and seminars to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

- Eligible for licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, demonstrated through experience and training.
- A minimum of two years of relevant practice experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
