Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center | Derry, NH $42–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll help residents find practical ways to manage daily tasks as their needs change, with care shaped around what matters most to each person.
What You'll Do

Evaluate residents' abilities and establish individualized treatment goals
</li>
<li>
Provide therapy focused on self-care, upper body function, and daily routines
</li>
<li>
Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment when appropriate
</li>
<li>
Review progress, document care, and collaborate with the broader care team
</li>

Qualifications
