GOOD HVAC TECHS ARE HARD TO FIND.

We're Looking for One.

Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician — $38–$50/hr + Commission

If you're already a good residential service technician, you probably aren't scrolling Indeed looking for a job.

That's exactly why we're reaching out.

Kermit B. Schulz & Sons (KBS) is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose equipment, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, and take ownership of a call from start to finish.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

$38–$50/hr

Based on your actual experience and qualifications.

+$200 for every on-call week

Commission on agreement sales

Local residential work

Steady year-round employment

And most importantly:

We want experienced technicians to do what they're good at—and we treat them like professionals.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught the basics.

We're looking for someone who can show up at a customer's house, figure out what's wrong, explain it clearly, make the repair correctly, and move on to the next call.

YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF:

  • You have solid residential HVAC service experience

  • You can diagnose rather than simply replace parts

  • You're comfortable troubleshooting electrical and control problems

  • You can work independently

  • You know how to deal with homeowners professionally

  • You take pride in your workmanship

  • You want to be somewhere you can stay for the long haul

We're especially interested in experienced technicians and lead-level technicians within roughly 10–15 miles of our service area.

ONE IMPORTANT THING:

You don't have to be actively looking for a job to talk to us.

If you're good at what you do but wondering whether there's a better place to work, give us a call at 508-376-5545. Ask for Trish.

A five-minute conversation costs nothing.

$38–$50/hr + commissions + $200/on-call week
