About us: Seacoast Power Equipment is the leading provider of Sales, Service and Parts for Outdoor Power Equipment (Tractors, Snow Blowers, Robotic mowers, Zero-turns, Mowers, Chainsaws, Generators, Blowers, Trimmers, Compact Diesel, ATV’s, Motorcycles, Scooters, and more). We provide pick-up and delivery for the Seacoast including NH, northern MA, and southern ME.

About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for being the primary interface with customers both in person and over the phone. This will include organization of repair orders, parts look up where required, estimate calls and customer follow up.

Responsibilities:

· Customer equipment write ups for drop offs

· Parts calls

· Repair order scheduling and coordination with the shop

· Parts kitting and inventory

· Customer communication regarding equipment estimates

· Service metrics and warranty

· Cross training with parts, invoicing, and truck scheduling.

Candidate Requirements:

· Ability to multi-task

· Team player

· Mechanical and electrical experience

· Parts look up experience

· Ability to safely operate a forklift

· Ability to operate outdoor power equipment and power sports

· Valid driver’s license, background check, and no use of illegal drugs
