Overview:
We’re seeking a Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support and enhance a modern cloud and infrastructure environment. This role will focus on managing hybrid systems, improving performance and security, and supporting ongoing cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, Azure AD)
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (on-prem and cloud)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Support O365, identity management, and access controls
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and patch management processes
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide end-user support as needed
- Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
- Experience in hybrid environments preferred
Nice to Have:
- Azure certifications (AZ-104 or similar)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Exposure to Intune, Endpoint Manager, or M365
