Key Qualifications:
- Active, valid Occupational Therapist state licensure is required.
- Prior experience working with middle and high school students is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable managing evaluations, contributing to IEP goal development, and providing direct therapy services tailored to a diverse caseload.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans in alignment with district requirements and student goals.
- Write and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Deliver direct therapy services and support skill development in both group and one-on-one settings, primarily at the middle and high school levels.
- Participate in IEP team meetings, sharing expertise to ensure comprehensive student support and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and evaluation records.
