- LIENT PREFERS 45 MIN OR LESS COMMUTE FROM TOR OFFICE (165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201)
- One year acute nursing care [required], hospital based preferred.
- Experience in home health [Required]
- Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS [Highly Preferred]
- Infusion Therapy Experience [Preferred]
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
- History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
- Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required]
- In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
- Traveler perm address must be included in profile

Additional License Requirements
- MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
