Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide direct personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.</li>
<li>Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily activity programmes.</li>
<li>Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.</li>
<li>Document care accurately in the facility's electronic health record system.</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Active LNA licence in the applicable state (New Hampshire or Vermont).</li>
<li>Previous SNF or LTC experience preferred.</li>
<li>Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.</li>
<li>Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.</li>
