Our client is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with hands‑on experience preparing estate‑planning documents and supporting clients through the planning and trust‑funding process. This is a fully onsite role with direct client interaction.
The Estate Planning Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to draft customized documents, coordinate trust‑funding activities, and guide clients through the signing and final review process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client‑facing work, detailed document preparation, and helping families navigate important planning decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client records and track file progress.
- Draft estate‑planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health‑care proxies.
- Attend client meetings and signing appointments; serve as a witness during document signings.
- Coordinate trust‑funding tasks, including asset‑transfer follow‑up and documentation.
- Conduct final review meetings with clients and walk them through completed document sets.
- Communicate directly with clients to answer routine questions and ensure a smooth planning experience.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure timely completion of matters.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 1–3 years of estate‑planning experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
- Prior paralegal or legal‑assistant experience in a law‑firm environment.
- Experience drafting revocable trusts, wills, POAs, and health‑care proxies.
- Familiarity with trust‑funding processes and asset‑transfer coordination.
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and supporting signing appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certificate or related education is a plus.
