Take your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, or Behavior Specialist to a flexible per diem role supporting K-8 students in a dynamic educational environment near Leominster, MA. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience working with Level 3 Autism caseloads in a professional setting is required.
• Preference for those with a background supporting students in school settings.
• Confidence and compassion in working with non-verbal students and those exhibiting moderate to severe behaviors.
• Comfort assisting with toileting needs is essential.
• Additional training, such as Crisis Intervention/Prevention (CPI), restraint techniques, or de-escalation strategies, is a plus.

Your Role:

• Provide individualized support to a K-8 student, helping them access their educational program safely and successfully.
• Follow behavior intervention plans, data collection protocols, and assist teachers in developing positive solutions to challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with educational team members, offering insight and support adapted to each student’s unique needs.
• Maintain compassionate, patient, and proactive relationships while encouraging skill development and student independence.
• Flexibly pick up substitute paraprofessional shifts as your schedule allows.
