Role Description The Installation Division Labor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Concord, MA. This role is responsible for assisting with the installation of new irrigation systems, including trenching, laying pipe, setting valves and heads, and helping with controller setup under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and supporting repair or upgrade projects as needed. The role also includes routine tasks such as system start-ups, winterization support, and assisting with inspections to ensure proper operation and compliance with company standards. Team members in this position work outdoors in varying weather conditions and collaborate closely with field technicians and project leads to complete projects on schedule.\n

- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors, including lifting, digging, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Basic skills with hand tools and small power equipment commonly used in landscape or construction work.
- Comfort reading or following simple diagrams and instructions related to irrigation system layouts.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn irrigation installation techniques, troubleshooting basics, and proper maintenance practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Concord, MA job sites.
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or irrigation is helpful but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
