Purpose / Role
Coordinate and manage commercial leasing for the Berry Companies real estate, consisting of 70 commercial spaces in North Conway Village, including office, retail and restaurant leasing.
The ideal candidate is passionate about North Conway Village, and is eager to join a team who wants to make it a truly amazing place to live, work, and visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the commercial leasing process.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants so that they are raving fans.
- Regularly inspect properties to ensure high standards of maintenance/cleanliness.
- Assist with renovation project management to help us reach our goal of having best-in-class properties.
- Maintain organized files and accurate records.
In addition, you will perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and the real estate leader.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate.
- Growth mindset; always learning and improving.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly self-motivated; can work independently with minimal supervision.
