Key Responsibilities\n
As an LMFT at Sacred Heart Psychotherapy Services, you will engage with clients in various therapeutic modalities, focusing on both individual and family dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.
- Providing therapy to couples and families, while also facilitating individual sessions to address specific concerns.
- Working collaboratively with clients facing issues ranging from substance abuse, domestic conflicts, grief, and loss, to adjustment challenges related to divorce and separation.
- Implementing evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client and family unit.
- Documenting progress, treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Offering crisis intervention and support to families in acute distress, ensuring safety and providing resources for ongoing care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
This role caters to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families dealing with complex dynamics such as conflicts among family members, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, and challenges faced by blended families. - A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
